Developing Areas Support Project
As part of NorthStarUK’s growing commitment to assist schools in developing parts of the world, we have launched the Developing Areas Support Project or DASP. DASP involves NSUK in offering small schools a number of features to assist them in their programmes, including - - Substantial reductions in the costs of courses;
- In-service training for schools in return for travel and subsistence costs only This can be enhanced by additional online training for teachers;
- Inspection visits on the same fee basis as in-service training visits;
- Consultancy services to schools normally via email and skype but also occasionally by visiting;
- Provide participating schools an expert 'point of contact' for matters relating to British education and special educational needs.
